Shipping Information:
FREE Shipping on U.S. orders $75+
At Thin Green Line USA we make it our goal to ship out your order within 24-48 hours from the time that your order was placed. All orders ship out from our Wixom, Michigan warehouse. Depending on the shipping method that you choose, the order will arrive in 3-10 days (UPS Mail Innovations), 3-4 days (USPS Priority Mail), or 1-2 days (Express Mail). Shipping rates vary by order and are calculated at checkout.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our products. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of order receipt. For orders that are due to our error, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you. Additionally, we have a one-year, 100% guarantee for our products. If your product rips, breaks, or gets damaged, we’ll exchange the product for free. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Orders shipping to International Addresses do not qualify for Free Shipping.
Free Shipping does not apply to wholesale orders, purchase orders, and orders that must be shipped by freight due to quantity/size of items.
